Accessibility statement.

Our standard

The Snaptiq Training Platform targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act adopts. This page describes the platform’s current status. It is a statement of status, not a formal conformance claim: Snaptiq has not yet been through a formal accessibility audit, and no Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR/VPAT) has been produced yet.

In place today

• Semantic headings and landmark regions, so pages can be navigated by structure.
• Labels bound to every form control, and errors reported in text rather than by color.
• Visible keyboard focus, and no control reachable only by pointer.
• Captions on every published video. Delivery requires them: an item can’t pass delivery without captions.
• A transcript alongside every video, produced in the same step as the captions.
• An audio-described version of each video, available whenever every scene has a visual description: the picture pauses while each description is read.
• A recorded Section 508 conformance check as part of every delivery.
• Motion kept to a minimum, and decorative artwork hidden from assistive technology.
• Text that reflows to narrow screens without horizontal scrolling.

Work in progress

• A formal audit and an ACR/VPAT.
• Measured color contrast across every state of every component.
• Screen-reader testing of the dense process board, which is fully keyboard-reachable.
• Testing with users of assistive technology.

snaptiq.us is built to the same standard, with semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, reduced motion when your system asks for it, and layouts that reflow on small screens.

Report a barrier

If something stops you working, email support@hyertek.com and describe what you were trying to do and what happened. An accessibility barrier is treated as a defect and prioritized as one. See Support.
